Annual Testing with Encouragement

Last week I went to my doctor routine annual testing.  At 73 years old, you never quite know what those appointments will bring.

This time...it brought encouragement.

My good cholesterol had almost doubled.  My heart muscle test showed significant improvement.  Even my gallbladder tests improved enough that the next follow-up moved from this spring all the way to October.

My doctor looked at me and said something that meant just as much as the numbers:

"Your skin and hair look great."  Now that may sound small - but it isn't.  The outside of our body often reflects what is happening inside.

WHY THIS MATTERS

I didn't suddenly become younger.

I didn't start training for a marathon.

I simply became consistent with supporting my body nutritionally.  Over time, cells repair, Inflammation reduces.

The body does what it was designed to do - heal and function better.

Many people believe aging automatically means decline.  But aging doesn't have to mean deterioration.  It often means we just need better support than we did in our 20's.

MY LESSON

Health changes don't always happen overnight.  They happen quietly ... then one day your doctor notices.

Numbers improve.

Energy improves.  Even your appearance changes.

And that is incredibly motivating.  At 73, I am not chasing youth - I am supporting health.  And there is a big difference.

Try the balance oil you have nothing to lose but a lot to gain.
