Steady Steps and Simple Joys
Another fairly quiet week in my nutritional journey, but one that felt steady and positive.
The weather has been all over the place -- from cold and rainy to bright sunshine, and then back to snow on the ground again. That kind of back-and-forth can be draining, but I've been noticing that my energy is staying consistent. I've been getting things done around the house, including preparing for some painting with company coming. It feels good to have the energy and motivation to tackle these projects.
I've also had some nice social moments this week. We had a coffee house night at the hall in the neighborhood, which was really enjoyable, and I loved going to church as well - they even played YouTube videos for the music, which made it fun and a little different.
Looking ahead, I'm really excited to have two very different but equally good friends coming to visit over the next couple of months. It's always nice to have things to look forward to.
At home, I finished a few projects and even choose a bright red color for the roof --I think it's going to look really sharp when it's done.
On the business side, I sent our more information about the Zinzino products and made a few more connections. It's a slow build, but I can feel it moving in the right direction. Sometimes that steady pace is exactly what's needed to create something lasting.
Overall, it's been a week of simple joys, steady progress, and feeling grateful for the energy to keep moving forward.
