This week has been a bit of a busy one while also trying to get over a small cold. The good news is that the weather is starting to get nicer, and it always feels good to see the seasons changing.
Life at home with the dogs has definitely kept things interesting. Tank, my one-year-old King Shepherd, is acting very much like a 14 year-old boy lately -- full of energy and curiosity. My beautiful two-year-old doodle, Betty, had a grooming appointment this week and is looking great. Pumpkin, my 15-year-old Golden Chow, is really enjoying being outside again. It makes me happy to see that she still has so much life in her. I also give her fish oils, which I feel helps keep her comfortable and active.
On the business side, I made some connections with local people and shared information about my Zinzino nutrition business. I received some positive feedback from neighbors, which is always encouraging. I truly enjoy those simple conversations that help build community.
Even while fighting off a cold, I've been noticing some positive changes in myself. My back still isn't hurting like it used to, my skin seems healthier, and I'm actually dreaming when I sleep and remembering those dreams. I've also noticed that my arms are not bruising as much from medication as it once did.
Overall, it was a quieter week, but one that left me feeling optimistic and grateful.
