This week in my nutritional business was a quieter one — but a meaningful one.

I spoke with a couple of local people and sent out some information, which always feels like planting seeds. I also attended a really nice appreciation supper put on by the Men’s Club where I met more neighbours. Moments like that remind me how important community is, both in life and in health.

I’ve been feeling really good lately, and I’m grateful for that. Spending time with my husband and our dogs this week brought a lot of balance and perspective. It reminded me that this journey isn’t just about helping others — it’s about living the lifestyle too.

Not every week is busy, but every week can still move you forward.
